I am Drick Ward. 

As a licensed real estate broker in Southeast Virginia, I am a Realtor at Exit Realty Central.  I began as a real estate investor in 1987 and was licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1989.  After working in the industry for a few years, I inactivated my license to work in IT management in the franchise sector and left the area in 2002.  Throughout this time, I continued to build my portfolio and increase my training and education in real estate as a wealth building strategy.  In 2003, I returned to Virginia Beach and have been working as a real estate investment advisor, property manager, and eventually obtained my broker license and OICP certification

My technology background gives me a strategic advantage over many real estate agents who don’t understand the technology available to them and have not even considered exploiting their application of the technology to gain strategic advantage in marketing or searching for real estate.  My knowledge of the area benefits buyers I work with and my marketing skills benefit sellers I work with.  My creative thinking and problem solving skills benefit everyone to create a win:win.
