Drick Ward, Realtor Biography

I am Drick Ward. 

As a licensed real estate broker in Southeast Virginia, I am a Realtor at Exit Realty Central.  I began as a real estate investor in 1987 and was licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1989.  After working in the industry for a few years, I inactivated my license to work in IT management in the franchise sector and left the area in 2002.  Throughout this time, I continued to build my portfolio and increase my training and education in real estate as a wealth building strategy.  In 2003, I returned to Virginia Beach and have been working as a real estate investment advisor, property manager, and eventually obtained my broker license. 

I am here to help my clients.

My technology background gives me a significant advantage over most real estate agents who don’t even understand complex searches and electronic automation.  My knowledge of the area benefits buyers I work with and my marketing skills benefit sellers I work with.  My creative thinking and problem solving skills benefit everyone to create a win:win.
